The Programme and the benefits

Kundalini yoga with Natalia Levina will show you effective tools for relieving stress and other disorders of the psychophysical sphere (detox). It will help develop the body’s ability to restore balance and eliminate minor irritations that occur due to muscle contractures and joint stiffness. A deeper knowledge of breath dynamics will also give you a calm and relaxed state. Meditation will calm your mind and bring peace to your heart.

Practices with Natalia Chizh are aimed at relieving tension in the body and its psychosomatic knots, revealing the connection with your Self, building an intention that leads to the knowledge of the potential and meaning of life.

What is included

• Welcome practice of Kundalini yoga.
• Kundalini Yoga every morning for 90 minutes (including pranayama and meditation) with Natalia Levina.
• Two group therapeutic meditation practices RELAX and COMPLEX (60 – 90 min), using Tibetan singing bowls (high level), sound therapy flutes, gongs and other additional instruments. Master class with Natalia Tsiz.
• During the tour there will be an opportunity to get acquainted with numerous instruments, sound them on your own, feel the field of joint sounding, as well as get acquainted with the basic techniques of playing the tuning forks.
• Light trekking through the panoramic locations of Sauris (travel time 2-2.5 hours in both directions)
