One of the major Fest in the summer, in Sauris – Carnia. The Sauris Ham Fest, Festa del Prosciutto di Sauris.
During these days you can enjoy the Sauris ham, the typical product is well known worldwide prosciutto di Sauris, together with typical local wines and food products, such as cheeses, speck, “gnocchi”, potatoes-frico with polenta, apple-strudel and so on. Music and fun all day long.
